Hey, I’m Brady Lesa and I’m a personal boxing trainer and fitness instructor at The Ring Boxing Club London.
I recently moved from New Zealand and looking forward to meeting and training the members of this boxing club. I have over 4 years experience in the fitness industry, in which I have been specialising in boxing. I’ve had 30 fights as an amateur boxer, also have coached many people at corporate and amateur level to fight
I’m very passionate about boxing and a well balanced healthy lifestyle. As a trainer I like to keep things interesting and you on your toes. Variety is essential. Most of all I want you to be leaving with a smile.
